Meet Sarah Hermann, MBA
Sarah Hermann is the founder and principal consultant of NWLI. With over two decades of leadership experience in labor relations, human
resources, and executive strategy, Sarah is a powerhouse of expertise and insight. She
has held senior leadership roles in both the public and private sectors and has served
as a trusted advisor to boards, executives, and legal counsel.

Sarah is an expert in workplace investigations, collective bargaining, compensation
strategy, organizational development, and crisis management. She has led high-stakes
investigations involving dozens of witnesses, negotiated multi-year labor contracts, and
designed leadership development programs that transform entire cultures. Sarah holds
an both a Masters in Business Adminisitraton and  a Bachelor's degree in Business.
 
She is also a gifted communicator known for her humor, intellect, and insightful candor. Her lived experience, including overcoming extraordinary personal and professional challenges, shapes her deeply authentic and effective approach to leadership and consulting.
